RELA helps employers arrange licensed, furnished accommodation for workers and coordinate the services that make a site or residential complex run. Companies can combine housing with transport scheduled around shifts, meals and facilities management under one service agreement. The model is designed for contractors, logistics, industrial and other employers with teams working across multiple sites or locations.
A platform to coordinate operations
RELA’s digital platform lets customers follow housing units, contracts, bookings and payments in one place. The company also works with property owners to add suitable buildings to its network, then prepares and operates the accommodation. For employers, that connects room availability and worker assignments with on-the-ground maintenance and supporting services; the company also says it can manage existing worker housing on behalf of its owner.
