A delivery note photographed on a construction site becomes a record that commercial staff can compare with orders, contracts and invoices. reebuild extracts individual line items, matches the documents and recalculates corrections before a person approves payment.
The same records feed a comparison of actual spending against project budgets. Teams can see cost deviations and approval status across sites instead of rebuilding the picture from separate spreadsheets.
Working with existing finance systems
The software passes completed accounting entries to systems including DATEV, BMD, BRZ and RZL. Construction businesses can manage multiple companies and projects with their own approval steps and access permissions.
