Re:Build designs, engineers and manufactures industrial products in the United States and helps founding teams build manufacturing businesses.

From product design to production

Re:Build works with industrial companies and inventors that need to turn a product concept into repeatable manufacturing. Its teams participate in the design stage, where choices about components, tooling and production methods determine the cost and quality of the finished product.

The company combines engineering and production capacity across aerospace and defense, electrification, medical equipment, energy, and robotics and automation. Its Manufacturing Constrained Design process brings production requirements into product development before a factory begins making the product at scale.

An industrial company builder

Alongside customer manufacturing partnerships, Re:Build incubates industrial startups. Founding teams gain access to its engineers, manufacturing facilities and capital. Slate, Neon Aero and Ensorcell are among the businesses developed through this model.

Founded in 2020 by Jeff Wilke, Miles Arnone and William Barker, the company is based in Framingham, Massachusetts. As of October 2026, its US ecosystem employed more than 2,100 people and operated more than 2.4 million square feet of manufacturing capacity.
