Preparing a coordinated response in the first minutes

Prime Minute is developing a system for emergency agencies and infrastructure operators to turn wildfire information into a coordinated physical response. Its software brings incident intelligence into mission planning and command, while precision-guided suppression units are designed to be released from cargo doors on fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters. The proposed service connects the decision about where to intervene with the aircraft and equipment needed to do it, using partner or customer aircraft.

The company is still validating its hardware and operating model. Its September announcement says it is working with Colorado toward field evaluation of wildfire-suppression prototypes later in 2026. Night operations, high winds and poor visibility are intended capabilities, which remain to be validated in field trials. Manufacturing, testing and preparation for these evaluations are the current stage of development.
