Verify a fueling transaction before the pump unlocks

Piston links the driver, device, vehicle, station, pump and fleet policy in its payment network. A driver selects a station and pump in the mobile app; the platform checks identity, assigned vehicle, fuel type, tank capacity, location and policy in real time before authorizing fuel. Where direct pump control is unavailable, supported locations can use authorization codes or QR.

Fleet managers replace physical fuel cards and shared PINs with route-, shift- and vehicle-aware controls, then review transactions and discounts by driver, vehicle or station. Piston Guard monitors activity for anomalies, while Piston connects fleets to participating gas stations and convenience stores for commercial fuel payment and settlement.
