Ororo Waste Management buys and collects used cooking oil from households, markets, restaurants and commercial kitchens in Nigeria. It aggregates the oil through hubs in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt and supplies certified feedstock to international biofuel and sustainable aviation fuel buyers.
Its collection system uses GPS records, QR codes and mobile payments to link purchases from collectors with export shipments. Paying suppliers on the day of collection and documenting the material’s origin are central to its operating model: collectors receive income while buyers receive traceable feedstock.
