A digital employee-benefits platform that lets companies offer meal and gift benefits through employees’ existing bank cards, then identifies eligible spending and reimburses it through the app.
Olenbee provides employee-benefit products including meal vouchers and gift benefits. Rather than issuing a separate card or paper voucher, the platform connects an employee’s existing bank card to its app. Employees pay as usual at eligible merchants; the system identifies qualifying purchases, applies the employer’s contribution and pays the reimbursement to the employee’s bank account.
HR teams and employee-benefit committees use Olenbee to offer and manage benefits, while employees check their balances and validate eligible expenses in the app. Olenbee says this model removes dedicated payment cards and closed merchant networks, and aims to make benefits easier to use at neighborhood restaurants and shops. Its site supports an operating service with employee, employer and merchant help resources and a commercial offering, rather than a concept-stage product.
