Adding autonomy through manufacturer integrations

Occam Industries supplies software that adds autonomy to existing, mass-produced drone and unmanned platforms. Its computer-vision layer supports perception, tracking and guidance, allowing operators to spend less time on continuous manual control. The company works with manufacturers and defense customers to integrate the software into available hardware, rather than requiring a new airframe or manufacturing supply chain. It describes bounded autonomy, with operating limits set by the customer’s command structure.

Occam maintains a deployed team in Ukraine and says it has integrated its technology with Ukrainian manufacturers, using field experience to refine the systems as operating conditions change. This provides current integration and deployment work rather than a laboratory-only concept. The company is expanding those relationships and its engineering effort, while entry into further European and NATO defense markets remains an expansion plan.
