A new electrode structure for existing factories

Nanoramic’s Neocarbonix materials use a carbon-based binding structure in place of conventional binders and additives. Its NXSP precursor is mixed with active battery materials and processed on standard roll-to-roll lines, supporting different battery chemistries while reducing drying energy and enabling PFAS-free electrodes.

Battery manufacturers and their automotive, consumer-electronics, power-tool and storage customers can adopt the material without replacing existing coating equipment. Nanoramic says NXSP is available for mass production and is ramping global commercialization with manufacturing partners.
