MyRx combines a doctor network with software for allocating consultations, issuing electronic prescriptions and monitoring clinical workflows. Enterprise and healthcare partners can integrate the service into their own offerings, connecting patients with available clinicians through a shared platform.

The system brings consultation routing and clinical oversight together, including workflow monitoring and audit. The company is also developing a digital-clinic model to connect remote consultations with local access points, extending its work beyond a standalone video-call service.
