iProcure developed a supply-chain platform connecting agricultural-input manufacturers with local dealers and smallholder farming communities. Its model combined procurement, warehouses and last-mile delivery with software for inventory and sales.
The Kenyan company supplied inputs such as seeds, fertiliser and animal feed. Dealers used its point-of-sale tools and stock information to manage orders and availability; the business also offered working-capital support through deferred payment for products.
