Founded in 2023 by former Morgan Stanley colleagues Rob Rooney and Paul Rolles, the London company works with financial institutions on modernisation programmes. Its technology also powers the UK consumer money app Hyperjar.
The platform serves banks, wealth managers, merchants and businesses seeking to launch financial services more quickly. Hyperlayer is expanding product, engineering and implementation teams alongside activity in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
