From career-page listings to a personal shortlist
HiringCafe collects vacancies directly from employer websites and organizes them by details such as location, compensation, seniority and skills. Job seekers can search with filters, hide unwanted companies, save roles and organize applications into boards. Talent Agent adds a recurring search: it reads a resume, learns the user’s requirements, evaluates job descriptions and flags suitable new listings. This reduces the need to repeatedly scan a broad set of results.
The search product is already available and free for job seekers. HiringCafe officially launched Talent Agent out of beta for US users in September 2026, after feedback from thousands of testers. The company reports more than two million monthly users and an index exceeding five million jobs. Its continuing work concerns fresher listings, duplicate and stale-job detection, and better matching; the agent finds opportunities for the user rather than deciding an employer’s hiring outcome.
