A shared operational layer across the factory

Harmoni connects shop-floor operators and machines with engineering systems, work instructions and enterprise software in a unified command center at each workcenter. Its automation, process-control and observability layer coordinates production workflows and exposes live operating context across schedules, equipment activity, labor and quality.

Manufacturers use the platform to improve shop-floor execution, productivity and quality without replacing their ERP or MES. HAL, Harmoni’s context-aware AI, draws on that connected production data to answer operational questions, surface risks and support work at the point of production; the platform is commercially deployed while HAL is expanding as a newer product capability.
