Its underwater vehicles combine flexible undulating fins with pump-jet propulsion to reduce noise and sediment disturbance during close inspection and other subsea work. Its product range includes remotely operated vehicles, autonomous vehicles and propulsion components.

The company grew from Harbin Engineering University research led by Guo Chunyu. It serves applications including water infrastructure inspection, deep-sea exploration and marine equipment; its headquarters moved to Suzhou Industrial Park in July 2026.
