Turning trip income into driver payments
Fleet managers connect the platforms they use for trips, fuel, tolls and vehicle data. GalgoSheets collects the information and assigns earnings and expenses to individual drivers, replacing manual spreadsheet reconciliation.
The system produces a payment report for each driver and can send it by email or WhatsApp. It also creates bank files for batch transfers, allowing operators to prepare many payments together.
Built for small fleet teams
The subscription service supports fleets of different sizes and integrates with Uber, Bolt and related operating systems. It retrieves recent historical data to account for costs that appear after the initial reporting period.
