G5 Labs is building an AI-native software development platform that turns natural-language intent into production code and maps existing code back to its underlying purpose. Its ontology compiler tracks requirements, dependencies and policy constraints so organizations can modernize complex software while preserving how the system is meant to work.
G5's self-learning compiler translates natural-language requirements into software and back into an explanation of what the code does. An ontology graph captures the concepts, rules and relationships in a system, helping the platform reconcile conflicting meanings, track intent and apply policies as teams build or modernize applications.
The product is aimed at organizations with complex or regulated software estates, where changes need to preserve business rules rather than simply generate code. G5 emerged from research at MIT CSAIL and reports customer use in regulated industries; its platform is designed for developers, product managers and business stakeholders who need a shared model of intended behavior.
