BE-A gives hotel teams a way to answer guests around the clock in more than 100 languages. Guests can contact it by email, WhatsApp or voice; hotel staff can spend more time on requests that need personal attention.

Connections to hotel systems let BE-A check availability, prepare offers and work with reservation information. The tasks it can complete depend on the property’s systems, permissions and agreed workflows. Its customer-facing formats include virtual and voice reception, with an avatar and Holobox also on the company’s roadmap; a humanoid receptionist is planned for 2027.
