FintechOS gives banks and insurers a configurable layer for product logic, pricing, eligibility and origination that can run above existing core systems. Teams can define product structures and customer journeys, then connect them to the institution’s existing data and operational systems through governed connectors. This helps product and technology teams introduce or update offerings without replacing the whole core stack.
FintechOS 8 combines product-operation engines, a data integration layer and an AI workflow engine. Its Dex copilot helps financial-services teams configure products and workflows in natural language; task-specific agents can assist with bounded work such as document extraction and eligibility checks. Process-level workflows remain deterministic, while agent actions are policy-constrained, traceable and subject to human oversight—an approach intended for regulated banking and insurance operations.
