Changing how parcels are received
Every WiLL’s Toriiku sites turn unused space in shopping centres and other facilities into unattended parcel collection points. Couriers can drop several deliveries at one location, and recipients collect them when convenient.
Its Jitaku de Toriiku app rewards users for photographing parcel labels and answering short questions after receiving deliveries. The company uses these receipt data and customer feedback to study delivery behaviour and help plan where collection sites are needed.
