Elio operates a licensed mortgage brokerage powered by its own origination platform. Borrowers, loan officers, processors and other transaction participants work from a shared loan record. AI agents organize documents, calculate income, prepare product comparisons and track conditions through closing; people review and approve the work. This lets loan officers concentrate on advice and borrower relationships while Elio handles much of the coordination behind a mortgage.

The platform is being developed inside a working mortgage operation, with engineers and loan officers handling real workflows together. Elio also supplies embedded mortgage operations for financial advisors, real estate agents, builders and rental-property owners: partners bring customer relationships while Elio provides the licensed origination infrastructure. The brokerage lists licenses in multiple US states and is recruiting additional loan officers as it expands.
