Edonia makes Edo, a spirulina-derived ingredient for food manufacturers and catering businesses. Its patented Edonization process changes the taste and texture of the microalgae into tender grains that can be added to recipes.
The company supplies its ingredient frozen for use in meals and manufactured foods. After developing an industrial pilot and making initial deliveries, it is expanding production in France and building sales in Europe, Japan and the United States.
