Complaion combines compliance software with dedicated certified lead auditors for small and midsize businesses that lack an internal compliance department. The platform organises policies, evidence, corrective actions and audit deadlines. Its specialists guide the business through gap analysis, documentation and internal audits, then preparation for assessment by a certification body. This gives the customer both a shared workspace for the requirements and people responsible for interpreting and completing the work.

After certification, the same workspace tracks checks, renewal dates and outstanding actions so the company can maintain its management system. Customers can also share their certifications and supporting documents through a trust centre when pursuing contracts. Complaion publishes accounts from operating customers, including Renewall, which obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 together, and CastInformatica’s information-security certification work. The service already operates; its planned expansion extends the offering into further compliance disciplines.
