Buyers and sellers receive updates about their transaction and can see who is responsible for the next step. The service combines these shared records with people who handle the follow-up work.
An outsourced progression service
Its Core offering lets agents outsource sales progression or use a hybrid arrangement with their own staff. Integrations bring solicitor updates into the dashboard, with AI used to interpret and present that information.
BreezeMove operates in the UK and offers consumers access to a panel of solicitors and related moving services. The business was founded by property developer Phil Melia in 2022.
