Braingaze builds software that uses eye movements to support assessment and therapeutic work in neurodevelopmental conditions. Its BGaze Clinic system combines an eye-tracking test with questionnaires and analysis for clinicians.

BGaze Focus consists of gaze-controlled games offered through clinicians and therapists. The company originated as a University of Barcelona spin-out and moved its headquarters to London in 2024. Its BGazeVR research project extends gaze-controlled games into virtual and extended reality.
