Infrastructure for secured lending
Bharat Housing Network combines technology with capital-deployment infrastructure for mortgages, rooftop solar, electric mobility and clean-technology business lending. Funds are deployed through group non-bank lender Singularity Creditworld.
The network reports enabling nearly ₹2,000 crore of credit for more than 40,000 borrowers. Its customers include households seeking secured finance and smaller businesses investing in clean-technology assets.
