Beep combines autonomous-vehicle operations with AutonomOS, a platform for remote supervision, fleet orchestration, safety monitoring and service management. Transit operators can use it to design and run autonomous passenger services on their own or integrate them into multimodal networks; Beep also provides turnkey deployment and operational support.

The company serves public transit agencies, communities and private campuses seeking shared local transport and first- or last-mile connections. Beep reports active deployments and real passenger service operations, with the Series B intended to expand its mobility-as-a-service offering and software platform.
