Beeline Medicines develops clinical-stage therapies that target immune dysfunction in lupus and other autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
Targeting mechanisms of immune dysfunction
Beeline Medicines develops a portfolio of small-molecule and biologic drug candidates for immune-mediated disease. Its lead program, afimetoran, is an oral inhibitor of the TLR7 and TLR8 immune receptors being developed for lupus. Other programs target pathways including IL-2, TYK2 and IL-18.
A licensed portfolio with a dedicated development team
The company began with five programs licensed from Bristol Myers Squibb. Its model combines that portfolio with a dedicated clinical, regulatory and commercialization team, advancing several mechanisms through development in parallel. Beeline’s work includes preparations for later-stage lupus trials and additional studies across its wider pipeline.
