From incoming documents to accounting records
flowMEE accepts invoices, receipts, bank statements and other business documents through uploads, email or APIs. Its AI extracts fields, applies the customer’s chart of accounts and categorization rules, and prepares entries for review. Rather than replacing the finance system, it is designed to connect with accounting, ERP and other tools already in use.
Reconciliation with human oversight
The platform matches bank transactions to invoices and other records, flags missing items and exceptions, and routes documents through approval workflows. Finance teams and accounting firms can check uncertain cases and retain control over final records while reducing repetitive data entry and month-end matching.
