Atomic gives supply-chain planners a configurable model of demand, inventory, production and purchasing, then simulates scenarios and recommends or executes decisions under their rules.
Atomic models demand, shipments, manufacturing, inventory, purchasing and allocation in a unit-level simulation. It ingests operational data from systems such as ERP, warehouse and sales platforms, then applies a company’s constraints, planning rules and targets. Planners can test changes against the same model instead of reconciling separate spreadsheets and disconnected plans.
The platform explains its recommendations and lets teams compare scenarios, review exceptions and adjust business logic as conditions change. Atomic says routine purchase orders can be sent according to configured rules while unusual cases go to a planner for review. Its product is already used in production by DashMart for purchasing and by Good Chop for supply planning and purchase orders, showing the software’s place between planning and execution.
