AIONA’s REVY agent is designed for manufacturing engineers who need to find and apply knowledge held in technical documents, drawings and prior design decisions. It supports tasks such as quality-function deployment, reuse-design selection, FMEA and DRBFM analysis, and drawing review, assembling relevant material so engineers can make the final design decisions.

The system is also intended to retain the reasoning behind engineers’ decisions as reusable organizational knowledge. That matters in design teams where experience about past failures and trade-offs can be difficult to search or pass on as senior specialists leave.
