AI Hospitality Group signs hotel management agreements and takes responsibility for operating the properties. Its technology combines data from multiple hotel systems and coordinates agents across functions such as accounting, recruitment, revenue management and marketing.

The Dallas company pairs this back-office approach with human teams serving guests on site. At launch, it had two design partnerships and was beginning to onboard its first managed properties.
