50skills helps HR teams build and run AI-enabled employee workflows across existing business systems, combining configurable automation with human oversight and audit trails.
50skills gives HR teams tools to design workflows for onboarding, leave requests, candidate follow-up, reimbursements, equipment requests and other employee processes. Teams can describe a workflow in plain language and let the platform draft it, or use a visual builder to set triggers, forms, conditions, approvals and notifications. The resulting process connects to systems such as HRIS, payroll and applicant-tracking tools.
The platform combines repeatable workflow steps with AI agents for tasks that need interpretation, such as checking application criteria or completing employee records. Teams can set business rules and outputs, monitor each case and keep an audit trail, with human review where judgment is needed. 50skills offers Hire, an applicant tracking system, and Journeys, its platform for building and running people processes. Its September funding will support expansion and continued investment in the platform and its AI agents.
