Seeds Fincap raises more than ₹100 crore in Series B funding

Michael & Susan Dell Foundation leads the round, with Z47, Lok Capital, Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital participating.

Seeds assesses small businesses through their cash flows and operating activity, addressing borrowers with limited access to conventional bank credit. Its loans range from ₹50,000 to ₹10 lakh, with a branch network that connects credit assessment to local markets.

The lender reported ₹722 crore in assets under management as of August 2026, 164 branches and more than 70,000 active borrowers. It says it was profitable in both FY25 and FY26 and disbursed about ₹620 crore during FY26. Its ₹1,000 crore AUM goal for March 2027 remains a target.
