Nuvah raises ₹4 crore pre-seed for comfort-focused heels
The Indian footwear brand pairs a layered footbed with phone-based sizing, addressing both how heels feel and how shoppers choose a fit online.
Nuvah sells stilettos, kitten heels, wedges and platforms through its own online store. Its Steadyform footbed combines a memory-foam surface, density-graded cushioning and a stabilising base. The construction is designed to distribute pressure while keeping support under the foot, making comfort part of the shoe’s structure rather than an added insert.
For online shoppers, a phone-based foot measurement tool provides a size recommendation alongside guidance for individual styles. The shoes use vegan materials and are manufactured in India, with delivery across the country. Amit Jain, Shantanu Deshpande and Ishendra Agarwal joined the angel round in a personal capacity; their companies are not the investors in this transaction.
