Choosing a van, setting a plan and keeping it on the road

DriveSimple supplies commercial vans on monthly subscriptions for businesses and sole traders. A customer selects an in-stock vehicle, chooses contract length, mileage and deposit options, then completes identity and bank checks before delivery. Terms start at six months, with an optional cancellation arrangement requiring three months’ notice. The monthly payment covers routine servicing, maintenance, road tax and tyre wear; the business provides its own insurance and breakdown cover. The arrangement gives use of the van without ownership.

Customers book approved service centres through an online portal, and DriveSimple authorizes and pays for covered work. UK delivery and configurable commitments help firms add transport capacity for changing workloads. Expansion of inventory and electric vehicles forms the next stage of the service.
