From a payment request to an auditable transfer

Atomic Insights gives registered investment advisers and family offices a workspace for client payments, including bills and capital calls. It captures requests, routes them through maker-checker approvals and executes authorised payments through custodian and bank APIs. The same workspace keeps an audit trail and cashflow reporting, replacing the repeated entry of instructions across email, spreadsheets and separate financial portals.

The platform connects account data with client relationships in CRM and portfolio-management systems, including integrations with Salesforce, Addepar, Arch and Canoe. Operations teams can therefore onboard existing accounts and keep payment information aligned with the tools they already use. It is an operating service: Aquiline’s January announcement reports anchor adviser and family-office clients representing more than $75 billion in assets on the platform. That figure describes the clients’ assets, rather than assets managed by Atomic itself.
