Flow Engineering raises $50m Series B at a $750m valuation
Valor Equity Partners and Atreides Management co-lead the round. Roelof Botha invests personally and joins as an independent director.
Flow links requirements, CAD files, simulations, code and test results in a shared system of record. Its agents examine engineering changes for downstream effects and check whether requirements and test coverage still align, addressing the coordination work created when a hardware decision affects several disciplines.
Adoption has extended beyond early users into live automotive, aerospace, defense and energy programs. The company reports that its Rivian deployment grew from 40 to 1,500 users in seven months, and names RV Tech, Anduril, Stoke Space and Pacific Fusion among customers added since its previous round.
