BailSync raises $2m for bail bond agencies’ administrative workflows

The software connects intake paperwork, case records, payments and court dates, with an AI assistant for routine office work.

Bail bond agencies must keep defendant records, liabilities, co-signers, payment histories and court appearances aligned. BailSync brings that information into a shared system. Uploaded intake documents can populate record fields for staff review, while its assistant answers questions about the caseload and prepares summaries of upcoming appearances or overdue payments.

The assistant can also prepare reminders and case notes, but a user must confirm before it creates a record or sends a message. Electronic signatures, payment tracking and check-ins sit alongside those workflows. The company sells a monthly subscription and reports use by more than 500 agencies; the financing supports its effort to onboard more of the US market.

What the funding supports
